Rope Access Maintenance UK is an IRATA-certified rope access contractor based in Ashton-under-Lyne, just east of Manchester city centre. Since 2020 we’ve carried out high-level window cleaning, repairs and maintenance on Manchester’s hotels, offices, residential blocks and commercial buildings, without the cost, delay and disruption of scaffolding.

Window cleaning & planned maintenance
We keep Manchester’s hotels, offices and apartment blocks looking right and working properly all year round. Our technicians clean high-rise windows and glazing, clear gutters and downpipes, and carry out routine repairs, all by rope, so there’s no scaffolding, no cherry pickers blocking the pavement and minimal disruption to your guests, staff or residents.

Is rope access safe?
Yes. The IRATA system requires two independent ropes for every technician and supervision by a Level 3 technician on every job.
Do you offer planned maintenance contracts?
Yes. We look after hotels, offices and residential blocks on scheduled window cleaning and maintenance plans, including ongoing work for The Midland Hotel and Kimpton Clock Tower in Manchester.
